Hi, I’m Jasmine Rose-Marie 🌹

I’m a certified meditation teacher, transformational leader, and passionate advocate for helping others reclaim their lives from PMDD. My path to this work hasn’t been easy—but it’s been deeply meaningful. It brought me here, ready to support you as you navigate your own journey toward healing and empowerment.

My Story

For years, I struggled with the overwhelming symptoms of PMDD. Each month, I felt like I was losing control—over my emotions, my body, and my life. PMDD affected my relationships, work, and most of all, my sense of self. I know how isolating it can feel to battle mood swings, anxiety, fatigue, and the constant pressure to feel “normal.” It took years of inward reflection, self-compassion, and rebuilding to find my way out of the PMDD cycle.

My Turning Point

Eventually, I hit a breaking point. PMDD had impacted my marriage to the point of divorce and made it nearly impossible to sustain a job. Feeling lost, I took two years to rest, reflect, and fully commit to a healing journey.

During that time, I created what would become PMDD Liberation – A Meditation Journey—a practice built from my own healing path. Through meditation, cycle tracking, and phase-based rituals, I began to not only manage my symptoms but also reclaim my power. Today, I see honoring my cycle’s energy as a superpower, not a struggle.

Why I Teach

This experience showed me how transformative it can be to work with your body, not against it. I became a meditation teacher and coach to help others feel that same shift—especially those who feel like PMDD has taken control of their lives.

You can find peace, balance, and self-acceptance. You can reconnect with your body, soften shame, and step into your strength.

My Approach

PMDD Liberation – A Meditation Journey blends daily meditations, intuitive cycle tracking, journaling, and a framework I called Freedom Meditation, rooted in:

  • Light Work
  • Shadow Work
  • Aligned Action

This approach supports every part of your cycle—emotional, energetic, and spiritual—helping you move from survival into sovereignty. You’ll learn to understand your body, release emotional blocks, and find clarity, confidence, and calm in each phase.
