I Came to This Work Through My Body.

Through cycles that asked for listening instead of pushing.
Through patterns that repeated until I learned how to stay with them.
Through seasons of contraction, expansion, rupture, and return.

What I learned, slowly — is that nothing meaningful changes when we move against our own rhythm.

Who I am

My name is Jasmine Rose Marie.

I am a meditation teacher, transformational leader, and embodied guide working at the intersection of nervous system awareness, cyclical living, and lived truth.

My work is rooted in the belief that the body is intelligent — and that many of the struggles we experience arise not because something is wrong with us, but because we’ve been taught to override our internal rhythms in order to survive.

I don’t teach solutions that bypass the body.
I don’t believe in forcing transformation.

I believe in restoration and safety first.

I Came to This Work Through My Body.

For years, my own body was asking me to slow down in a culture that rewarded pushing through.

The menstrual cycle became one of my first teachers — not as a problem to solve, but as a pattern to understand. Over time, I began to see the same rhythms everywhere: in emotion, energy, relationships, creativity, and healing.

As I studied meditation, embodiment, and nervous system regulation — and lived them — a philosophy emerged naturally:

Human experience makes sense when viewed through patterns, cycles, and nervous system adaptation.

When we learn to move with rhythm instead of against it, clarity replaces self-blame. Safety replaces urgency. And change begins to unfold without force.

My Approach

The Work I Offer is Grounded, Relational, and Embodied.

It prioritizes:

  Nervous system safety

Rhythm over urgency

Presence over performance

Discernment over pressure

Depth over speed

Rather than teaching people how to become someone else, this work creates space for people to return to themselves — honestly, gently, and with trust.

Much of this work is lived quietly, in daily rhythms — often alongside my dog, Thor.

Through seasons, rest, movement, and ordinary moments, I’ve learned how regulation, presence, and rhythm are practiced long before they’re taught.

Paws & Presence grew out of that way of living — a space where reflection begins in real life.
